Microsoft Outlook Web App (OWA) 2013 is the Web-based email client included in Exchange Server 2013.

As with previous iterations, OWA 2013 allows users to access to their Exchange Server email, contacts and calendars with a Web browser.  OWA 2013 includes several new features including Bing Maps, Suggested Appointments and Action items and the ability to view multiple calendars as a single, merged view.

I am using webmail to access my government email from home. Over the last few days, when I get the access screen asking me to click OK to look at my email I get a screen that directs me to outlook web app and I can't open my government email. Why is this happening?
