Migrating from Exchange 5.5 and BackOffice SBS to Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003

How to migrate from Exchange 5.5 on BackOffice Small Business Server to Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003.

We are a small company (about 50 users), and would like to know if there is a good way to migrate from BackOffice Small Business Server to Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003? The Small Business Server is running Exchange 5.5.
Here are step-by-step instructions from Microsoft: Upgrading to Windows Small Business Server 2003. For step-by-step instructions on how to migrate from a Windows NT 4.0 server, see Migrating from Small Business Server 4.5 or Windows NT 4.0 Server to Windows Small Business Server 2003.
