How to move Exchange 2000 to new server hardware

Get step-by-step instructions on how to move Exchange 2000 Server to new server hardware with greater disk and storage capacity.

I have a problem similar to the one discussed in How to move Exchange 2000 to a larger machine. The solution listed was to build a new server, join the existing organization, and then move users from the legacy server to the newly built server. Do you know where I can find easy step-by-step instructions on how to do this?
