When backing up an Exchange mailbox, a unique account has to be created. The backup service account has to be given admin privileges inside Exchange administrator from the site container. From the backup exec program, when "Exchange mailboxes" is selected, a window opens up prompting you to add the unique mailbox name. If this mailbox name is hidden from the address book, a connection cannot be made and selections cannot be applied. Make sure this unique mailbox name is not hidden from the address book.
