Do you hate .pst files? Why not use an Access database instead?

  1. From the Outlook client choose File>Import and Export....
  2. This brings up the Import and Export Wizard. >li>You can choose an Excel spreadsheet, a comma separated value, an Access file or others (including .pst).

This data can then be burned to CD and archived or shared, and can be easily imported back to Outlook in case of a disaster.
