I have used this method for moving NT 4.0 and Exchange 5.5 servers off of one hardware platform and onto new hardware

. MS doesn't support this tip, but it has worked 100% of the time for me: *Note: Do not create an Emergency Repair diskette during this upgrade. You can create one later. You have now successfully moved your Exchange Server off of the old hardware and onto new hardware.
