Reduce the store size via archiving

Archive the Exchange store prior to migrating. By using an archiving solution before the migration you can reduce the size of the store, often by 90+%, and gather all those nasty .PSTs too and secure everything on an archive volume which can be easily restored back to the store after migrating.
