Richard Luckett is an IT professional with 15 years of experience in delivery, configuration, consulting, network engineering and security for both the public and private sectors. Richard has a wealth of field experience and real world knowledge of Microsoft systems, specializing in Microsoft Active Directory services and Exchange messaging. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (+ Messaging +Security) and received the Exchange MVP award from Microsoft. He is the co-author of Administering Exchange 2000 Server, published by McGraw Hill, and is the course directory and author of the entire Exchange curriculum for Global Knowledge Inc; Introduction to Exchange 2000, and Exchange Server 2003, Ultimate Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 Administrator Boot Camp. Richard is currently President of SYSTMS of NY, Inc., and leads their Microsoft consulting practice. |
