QUESTION POSED ON: 14 June 2004
We recently went to Exchange 2000, along with deploying Outlook XP on the newer desktops. I have a couple of desktops in which older e-mail messages show up with nothing in the body of the message. If you have the preview window turned on, nothing shows up. If you open the e-mail, same thing, nothing there. The size of the message shows that there is something in the message and if you turn on autopreview you can see what should be in the message. What is the problem?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Make sure you are running the latest service packs for Exchange 2000, Outlook 2002 and IE6. Your problem should then disappear.
