QUESTION POSED ON: 29 April 2004
I have one Exchange 2003 organization but with three sites connected over a VPN. What is the best way to configure Outlook Web Access from the internet so that clients from all three sites can view their e-mail?

EXPERT RESPONSE
The best way would be to create one or more front-end servers in your organization, have them exist on your corporate network (and not on the Internet or in a DMZ) and then open TCP port 443 on your firewall and forward requests on that port to TCP port 443 on your front-end server(s).
