QUESTION POSED ON: 24 June 2009
I am running a 64-bit Microsoft Vista machine with Microsoft Outlook 2007 while connecting to both our POP3 email server and corporate Exchange Server simultaneously. I need to keep my personal calendar appointments from appearing on the Exchange Server appointment availability window. Can this be done?

The simplest way to accomplish this would be to have your POP3 account email delivered to a .PST file that is used for only that account. You can create and use a calendar in this file that will not show free/busy data.
