QUESTION POSED ON: 10 June 2009
Dear David Sengupta: I have a user who mistakenly moved a public calendar to her account. After trying to restore it, she received a message stating that the move would occur only after server had been synchronized. This calendar is an important tool for our users and we need it to be accessible again as soon as possible. Is there a way to manually synchronize the server?

Assuming this is an Exchange 2007 environment, you will want to use the Update-publicfolderhierarcy –id PowerShell cmdlet to push your public folder content out from the private server that has the original public folder out to the other servers in your organization.
