QUESTION POSED ON: 11 December 2007
I updated my PC to Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), but now I can't send email in Outlook Web Access (OWA). I can read email and view the calendar just fine. But when I click Send, there is a pause and then I get an error message that says the program needs to close and asks if I want to send an error report. I am then booted out of OWA. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

EXPERT RESPONSE
This problem sounds like one that is widely reported and whose solution is described in the Microsoft article "The Compose Message form stops responding after you install Internet Explorer 7.0 and the S/MIME control on an Outlook Web Access client in Exchange Server 2003." Please read this article and report back to us if it resolves the problem.
