EXPERT RESPONSE
- Go to Exchange System Manager and navigate to the properties of the server in question.
- Right-click Properties -> Diagnostics Logging tab -> Services -> MSExchangeIS and choose Public Folder.
- In the list of Categories, you will need to test various logging settings for General and Access control to see which gives you the results you're looking for.
Keep in mind that setting diagnostics logging to maximum, while giving you some great logging detail, could also fill up your event log and consumes processor time. This can be an issue in large public folder hierarchies.
