QUESTION POSED ON: 03 May 2007
I just installed Exchange Server 2003 on a Windows 2003 server (the domain is on a different system and Exchange Server is on a different system). The personal folders are not showing on any of our clients' Microsoft Outlook systems, but email is working fine. Do you have any ideas?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Personal folders are stored locally as .PST files on each client machine and need to be configured in Microsoft Outlook through File -> Open Data File or File -> New Data File. If you're referring to public folders, write back in and we'll address that separately.
