QUESTION POSED ON: 25 October 2006
I need to manually copy the start and stop times of my monthly appointments (in my Microsoft Outlook 2003 calendar running on Exchange Server 2003) to a Microsoft Excel file. This is part of a monthly report to account for my time, and how much time I spent on an appointment. Is there a way to export the fields from a Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Server calendar to specified fields in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access?

I have exported my Microsoft Outlook 2003 calendar to Microsoft Excel, but not all of the items showed up. I have some recurring items that show, and some that do not. How can I fix this so I can see everything?
