Follow these steps to export your calendar to a Microsoft Excel file:
- Select the Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- Go to File -> Import and Export.
- Click Export to a file.
- Choose Comma Separated Values (DOS) for Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.
- Select the Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- Type a name for the new file.
- Set a date range to narrow your data.
- Open the file using Microsoft Excel.

I have exported my Microsoft Outlook 2003 calendar to Microsoft Excel, but not all of the items showed up. I have some recurring items that show, and some that do not. How can I fix this so I can see everything?
