Messageware's Plus Pack 2003 for Outlook Web Access adds Microsoft Outlook-like functionality and features, including the ability to mark contacts and appointments as private, to Basic and Premium OWA. Keep in mind though that this is a third-party commercial product, so you will have to pay for it. Although, I do believe they have a free trial you can test out first.
