QUESTION POSED ON: 17 October 2006
Suddenly, a user's Outlook Web Access (OWA) won't let him reply. He gets a blank screen with a little x in a box -- almost as if it's a pop-up being blocked. He can access OWA and open his email but can't reply. This happened after he downloaded and then uninstalled WinFixer. Can you help?

First, delete cookies, history and temp files. Then check to see if the pop-up blocker is turned on. If it is, turn it off. Add the OWA address to the allowed sites under settings for the pop-up blocker and test. Is the Windows Firewall turned on? Check for spamware as well. If the user is still experiencing problems, you should try closing any running applications and retest.
