QUESTION POSED ON: 13 March 2006
In my agency, we have Outlook Web Access (OWA) running for staff to check e-mail from remote sites. When they try to forward or reply to a message, the Reply or Forward box flashes open, then closes, and they are not able to use these functions.

This problem may occur if Active Server Pages (ASP) are corrupt or missing on your server. Removing and reinstalling OWA should fix the problem.
