I am running Outlook 2003. Can you please provide some step-by-step instructions on how I can export my Inbox, Contacts and Calendar to a USB memory key?

  1. Go to File -> Import and Export Wizard.
  2. Select Export to a file -> Next.
  3. Select Export to personal folder file .PST.
  4. Select the folder that you want to export, check the include subfolders option at the bottom of the screen -> click Next.
  5. Browse for your USB drive and then select it as Save exported file as location.
  6. Select an option to either replace, allow or do not export duplicate items.
  7. Click Finish.
  8. To view your file go to File -> Open -> Outlook data File.
  9. Browse your USB drive for the file that you created and select it.
  10. You should be able to see the file under Personal folders.
