QUESTION POSED ON: 13 April 2005
Microsoft has designed Exchange Server 2000 to allow all users to view other users? e-mails in their inboxes.

As this is a feature and not a design flaw (it's mentioned in their manual as well as the help system), how do I turn this crater of a security hole off?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Create a security group that contains all users. Set an explicit denial of Receive As and Send As rights. You can clear these denials for accounts that you want to have full access.
