QUESTION POSED ON: 10 April 2005
I am unable to access the properties of the default public folders. An error message, 'unknown error while processing the certificate,' appears.

I'm going to take a wild guess here, but I'm thinking this could be a compatibility issue with the browser/client you are using to connect to public folders on Exchange. Make sure that you are using a browser that is supported by Microsoft, like Internet Explorer 5.x or higher. Unfortunately, since I don't know what client you are using and I don't know what version of Exchange you are connecting to, I can't be of much more help then that. Best of luck to you.
