Is there any freeware for disclaimers? I am running Exchange 5.5 on an NT4 server and I know I can use the IMS extension, but I need a more versatile /easier method of adding monthly disclaimers.

I'd suggest you have a look at a third party solution such as GFI MailEssentials for Exchange /SMTP 10. The evaluation version works fully for 60 days then automatically turns into a freeware version with all of the basic blacklist and whitelist anti-spam functionality and with one disclaimer. More information can be found here. Note that I'm not in any way associated with this vendor but have seen it recommended frequently.
