QUESTION POSED ON: 14 October 2004
I am implementing conference room scheduling in Outlook/Exchange 2000. Does documentation exist to support this? I am in a large organization; could you tell me how to control/protect organization permissions?

>
EXPERT RESPONSE
Based on the size of your organization and the requirements around security, I'd recommend you look at a third-party solution for resource scheduling in Microsoft Exchange environments. A number of these exist, such as Exchange Resource Manager from Simpler-Webb and Meeting Maker Inc.'s Resource Scheduler for Microsoft Exchange.
