QUESTION POSED ON: 29 September 2004
We have some clients that are on laptops with XP Pro installed. They are using Outlook 2003 (Office 2003) and connecting to an Exchange 5.5 Server on Windows 2000 Server. All service packs have been applied.
The problem is in Outlook: when going to Tools > Options and pressing the Delegates button, it hangs for 2-4 minutes before the list comes back on screen. During this time the program moves to not responding. There seems to be no network problems as all other communication seems to be fine, and the user can send/receive mail without any problems. Why is this feature taking so long?
