QUESTION POSED ON: 25 August 2004
I am using Exchange Server 2003. I can access Outlook Web Access (OWA) from a computer that has Windows XP, but if I try to access OWA from a computer running Windows 98 it won't work. Do you know why?

>
I've heard reports of similar scenarios with Windows 98 clients unable to access Exchange 2003 OWA. From what I'm hearing upgrading the Windows 98 clients to Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 will upgrade the java client and should fix your problem. Hope that helps!
