QUESTION POSED ON: 11 February 2004
I have seen several posts on the Web regarding Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. We just installed Exchange. When you try to create a new account in Outlook, it says the bookmark is invalid. Any thoughts?

This issue can occur if DNS includes incorrect entries for a DC and/or GC on your network. In this case, as this issue occurs after installing Exchange 2003, I suggest checking DNS and if necessary rebooting your DCs and GCs.
