What software do you recommend to filter or block spam?

I am running Exchange 5.5. Certain mailboxes receive excessive spam e-mails. The mailboxes ironically are alias names (i.e., billing@domain.com, info@domain.com, etc.). If I can't do it through Exchange 5.5 (please let me know if I can!), what software do you recommend to filter or block these kinds of e-mails and other irritating spam?

I think third-party products are going to be the way to go until Exchange 2003 ships with its anti-spam features (and even then you still may want some supplemental third-party software). For now, you have several vendors to choose from:
