Transferring the infrastructure master role from one domain server to another

How do you transfer the infrastructure master role from one domain server to another?

This isn't an Exchange Server question, but I can answer it.

Launch Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) and navigate to the domain in the left hand pane.
Right click the domain and choose Operations Master.
Select the Infrastructure tab.
Now use the Change button at the bottom of the dialog to set a new Infrastructure Master Flexible Single Master Operations (FSMO) role.
