Tools and methods for disabling IMAP and POP in Exchange Server 2003

Discover tools and methods to globally disable IMAP and POP in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

I need to disable IMAP and POP for about 98% of my company in an Exchange Server 2003 Standard Edition email environment. Can this be done through a global setting or scripting?
You can disable IMAP and POP by using the LDAP Data Interchange Format Directory Exchange (LDIFDE), CSVDE or ADModify.Net tools. You can also accomplish this by writing a script.
