The Inter-Organization Replication Tool

We are moving from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 (native mode). The old/new environments are in different forests. Please explain how we can move several hundred folders residing under "Internet Newsgroups/Public Folders." The content is accessible under NNTP (Outlook Express) and Outlook Web Access (OWA).
You can use the Inter-Organization Replication Tool to replicate public folders across organizations or forests. It is available on the Exchange 2003 Tools site .
