Sharing a user's Outlook calendar with a public folder calendar

Sharing a user's Outlook calendar with a public folder calendar

I want to share a users' Microsoft Outlook calendar with the Exchange Server public folder calendar. In other words, I want the Exchange public folder calendar and the users' Outlook calendar to be one and the same. The user has a BlackBerry mobile device and the only thing that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) will transfer to his mobile device is his personal Outlook calendar, not the Exchange public folder calendar. Can this be done?
