Setting up Exchange Server to communicate with Lotus Domino 6.5

How do I set up a Microsoft Exchange server so it can communicate with a Lotus Domino 6.5 server?

You didn't specify which version of Exchange Server you're running. I'd recommend you have a look at the Lotus Notes connectivity documentation as described in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 303724, "XFOR: Directory synchronization between Notes and Exchange with SMTP addresses," for starters and see if that gets you going in the right direction.
