Removing custom recipients in Exchange 5.5

We managed to add -- through LDAP -- 10 custom recipients (Internet mail) to our Exchange 5.5 server. Unfortunately, these have been added with an alias with a "/" in the description. Now when we try to modify these, the Exchange Admin console says the object is no longer available (ID# c1030745). We are then unable to delete this user. Can you advise how to get rid of custom recipients?

I'd recommend using ADSIEdit to delete these. See this ADSIEdit overview for more information.
