Another way to recover items is by using the Microsoft Inbox Repair Tool. You will need to ask your administrator
to back up your mailbox to a .PST file and then run the scanpst.exe utility against the .PST file. There is also third-party software, such as 'Recover My Mail,' that may be worth a try.
