Problems viewing attachments in OWA

I have a user that cannot view an attachment when an e-mail is open. But, if the e-mail is forwarded, then the attachment can be seen. This only happens in Outlook Web Access. If the user opens the mail in the Microsoft Outlook client, it all works well and the attachment is visible.
