OWA permission problems

I've messed around with the permissions for Exchange 2003 Outlook Web Access (OWA) (Small Business Server 2003) and now I can't access the http://staticip/exchange folder from the LAN or WAN side. Is it possible to reinstall only the OWA?

No offense, but let that be a lesson to you and everyone else reading this. You've now learned (as all of us learn at one time or another) that messing around with permissions more often than not gets you into trouble and causes problems.

In Exchange 2003, OWA is an integrated component. When you install Exchange 2003, you automatically always get OWA. This means that to uninstall or reinstall OWA you must uninstall and reinstall Exchange.
