Q

Nothing visible under public folders

I cannot access any of the public folders under "Folders/Public Folders." Nothing is visible. When I try to "refresh," I get the following error:

The connection was aborted. Ensure that the settings on your Default Web site are correct and refresh the Public...

Folder tree.

Exchange System Manager

What am I missing?

This is usually caused by an incorrect application of SSL on your Exchange server. For steps to troubleshoot this error, see http://support.microsoft.com/?id=324345.
