New IDs work on Webmail, but not on Exchange client

I have a problem at my site that the new login IDs created are not working. It shoots back "user not found" errors. But the IDs work through Webmail.

I have Windows 2003 as DC and ADC and Exchange 2003. I have about 2600 IDs. What can be the problem?

Once again with Exchange, it works with OWA (Outlook Web Access), but not directly on the client. Use the AD Cleanup Wizard to merge the AD user accounts and the Exchange user accounts. That should resolve your issue.
