Migrating from Exchange 5.5 and BackOffice SBS to Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003

We are a small company (about 50 users), and would like to know if there is a good way to migrate from BackOffice Small Business Server to Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003? The Small Business Server is running Exchange 5.5.
