Unfortunately, I don't have any idea. And, I've actually not seen or heard of this either. Some things to look at include drive space for the folders containing the temp directory(ies), antivirus software and network problems. If you have a reproducible problem, it may be worth your while to contact Microsoft PSS for assistance. If they are also able to reproduce the problem, then they should be able to provide a workaround or a fix.
