Import and export .PST files in Exchange Server 2007

Users can have difficulty importing and exporting .PST files in Exchange Server 2007. Our expert gives his advice on the matter.

Is there a way to import or export my users'.PST files using a batch file in Exchange Server 2007?
There are two ways to achieve this. The easiest way is to use an older copy of ExMerge, although there is a limitation with mailboxes over 2GB. Unicode .PSTs are not supported and Microsoft has stopped developing it. Otherwise, ExMerge gives you a nice graphical user interface for the export and import of .PSTs.
