How do we save our SIDs in a new Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 installation?

We are migrating our domain controller to a Windows 2003 server by performing a new installation. That means we are going to lose all user SIDs. If I install Exchange 2003 on the domain controller, how do I connect the old Exchange 2000 database to the new Exchange 2003 server, since those SIDs will be changed? Is there any tool that can resolve this?

If you are talking about a brand new forest, then you can associate the old mailboxes to the new forest and SIDs through the associated external account access available through Microsoft Exchange.
