How can I set up the disk partition in a two-node Exchange 2000 cluster?

How would you set up the disk partition in a two-node Exchange 2000 cluster -- that is, the transaction logs on one drive mirrored, mailboxes on the shared library the quorum a separate disk mirrored?
I would put the quorum on a separate RAID1 volume, the logs on another, separate RAID1 volume and the mailboxes on a separate RAID5 or RAID0+1 volume. Each individual Exchange Virtual Server should have separate volumes for logs and databases, as well.
