Q

How can I demote my mail server from DC status?

I have Exchange 2000 with OWA running on a domain controller named MailServer, which is a global catalog. I also have domain controllers, a primary domain controller (PDC) and a backp domain controller (BDC), that are global catalogs. I would like to demote the MailServer from being a domain controller. How do I accomplish this?
You demote it using the same tool you used to promote it -- DCPROMO.
