Forward/reply options for OWA messages

Is there a way to handle forward or reply options in Outlook Web Access? We have been getting reports within our organization that some messages will not display the forward or reply content of the message.

You could set up a rule to forward the messages. Click on Rules -> New Rule, select 'Forward it to' and then type the e-mail address to which you wish to forward. Save the rule and apply the rule to every message.
