For migrating to Exchange 2000, would a Pentium III, 550 MHz server be enough?

When migrating to Exchange 2000, would a Pentium III, 550 MHz server be enough? All I need is e-mail for 150 users.
It's hard to say. How much memory is in there? How much disk space? What else is running on this server? How would you categorize your user -- light, medium or heavy usage? What type of access-MAPI, POP3, OWA, IMAP4? Go get a copy of the Exchange 2000 Resource Kit; you'll find a tool called Loadsim that you can use to see how your server will perform under various simulated loads.
