Finding out who has delegation rights to user mailboxes

I would like to find who has delegation rights to users' mailboxes. Is there a way I can check from the server or do I need to go to each user's desk, open Outlook and check the delegation tab?

You didn't say what version of Exchange or Outlook you are using, so I can't give you specific details. If you are running Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003, you can use Active Directory Users and Computers to see what mailbox rights have been granted. But if you want to check Outlook delegations, then you need to visit each Outlook client and inspect the delegation settings while logged on as the Outlook user.
