Extracting data from an Exchange Server public folder

How can we extract data from an Exchange Server public folder? Scenario: We have lot of documents in the Exchange Server public folder, which contains folders -> subfolders -> files in a hierarchy fashion. But now we need to extract all the Exchange Server public folder data into original format. The manual process is too time-consuming.

Unfortunately there is no way to achieve what you're trying to do using native Exchange Server tools. I suggest a search on Google for "Exchange Recovery" (or ping me offline at mailman at quest.com) … there are two third-party solutions on the market that I'm aware of that provide the functionality you're looking for.
