Exchange 2003 platform installation options

I have a Windows 2000 domain. I have Exchange 5.5 running on a Windows 2000 domain controller. I would like to do a migration to Exchange 2003. I would like to install Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 member server. Is this possible to do with my current configuration?
